  • Course Management. Course administrators can upload training content files, proof documents online, establish hierarchies, manage workflow and specify print and assembly instructions all from our destination portal that is configured to your unique needs. Whether you need a simple learning aid or a complex multi tab, bound and personalized training manual, we have you covered.
  • Integration. Our training solution can integrate directly with your learning management system, content management system and course scheduling system. Our course scheduling integration allows you to automatically create orders for course material based on pre-defined business rules around course size and order quantities, thereby insuring you are producing exactly what you need.
  • Online Repository. Catalog and manage materials and courses using your terminology as well as by type, version and effective date, thereby ensuring the correct materials are ordered, produced, kitted and shipped every time.
  • Online Store Front. Use your own branded store front to search for learning materials by course, kit type, document version and multiple other attributes. Users can order a single item, complete kit or an entire classroom of materials through the easy to navigate shopping cart.
  • Printing Services. We deploy the latest technology and production equipment to deliver the highest quality product and the lowest cost. Whether color, black and white or large format, our print-on-demand (POD) capabilities allow you to print exactly what is needed when it is needed, thereby eliminating inventory and obsolescence.
  • Fulfillment Services. We can handle the most complex kitting and finishing requirements from the combination of preprinted material with print-on-demand items to kitting a complete classroom for a training course, including training material, pens, markers, learning aids, digital media and backpacks.
  • Perfect Packaging. Our Perfect Packaging engineers design packaging not only to protect what’s inside, but to maximize space utilization and minimize shipping rates. We ensure your leaning aids arrive on time and in perfect condition.
  • Order Assurance. We track where your order is every step of the way. From the moment a course is ordered, it is given a unique tracking number that follows it through printing, fulfillment, shipping and delivery. We leverage technology to gain visibility and provide expansive quality assurance throughout the process.
  • Invoicing and Billing. Corporate billing, credit card and direct billing are standard capabilities. Costs can be allocated by user, GL code, course, class, instructor or other criteria.
